ENROLMENTS

Adelaide North Special School accepts enrolments from students with a moderate to severe intellectual disability, including those with severe and multiple disabilities. We have students from suburbs across Adelaide's Northern Region.

Please note that ANSS is unable to accept direct enrolments. 
Enrolment enquiries should be directed to the Department for Education Northern Regional Office by phoning
(08) 8204 8200.

Student enrolment eligibility must first be assessed by a Department for Education Regional Panel. Our Principal is one of the members involved in the selection process. This panel looks at a range of factors to ensure your child is best matched to Adelaide North Special School's specialist services.

Regardless of this, we first welcome your enquiry to consider starting this enrolment process simply by learning more about our school.

We acknowledge that caring for a child living with disability, or multiple disabilities, can impact your family enormously. We also understand that it can be a daunting experience bringing your child to our school for the first time.

We would like to reassure you that at ANSS we have a wonderful team of experienced, supportive and well trained educators taking care of over 180 students, experiencing a wide range of disabilities, who always strive to ensure that your child returns home happily and safely everyday.
